CONNECT WITH OTHERS

The excitement is growing as REFUGE draws near!

We know that many of you are making plans for the experience and want to connect with others concerning rental cars, hotel space, and other details.

Here is an opportunity for you to discuss those plans! We want to provide an outlet for you to communicate with one another, so feel free to post your comments as well as prayers and expectations for our time together.

This is designed to be a connection point solely for the participants - Student Life will not be making travel and hotel accommodations. Please see the links section for a complete listing of hotels in the area where we have secured blocks.

We are looking forward with great anticipation to REFUGE{08}!

Unfortunately, there will not be childcare provided for this experience.

My wife and I have 4 month old and wanted to know if we could bring the baby or if we would be best to leave her with someone else. Thanks

The choice to bring your infant or to leave her with someone else is completely your decision. Please just be aware that there will not be childcare available.

The Tuesday night session is from 7-8:30pm.

what is the entire schedule for Tuesday?? The blogspot says 10 am and 7 pm, can you clarify these times??

The schedule for Tuesday is as follows:
9am Doors Open
10-11:30am Morning Session (Randy Hall/Kristian Stanfill)
2-4pm Open House at Student Life (optional)
6pm Doors Open
7-8:30pm Evening Worship (David Platt/Kristian Stanfill)

We are local so we are planning on getting a babysitter for both days. Do you have an estimated time the event will be over Monday night?

We believe the sessions will last approximately 1.5 hours each - but that is an estimate.

We're excited to be involved in refuge 08! Coming in from Texas on Sunday - any great Sunday night chuch services in Birmingham??? And any 1st year YM & wife attendees - we'd love to share dinner and converse!!!!!
