If not, there is now a link in the right menu of this blog where you can fill in a short form and let us know you are coming.
We've blocked rooms at a variety of hotels, with a wide range of rates. Click the link to the right to see the list.

I'm pretty much stoked about Refuge.
I'm following Refuge with a two week vacation with my wife and son in Florida.
Should be a most excellent fall.
